As a consultant I advise companies with their architecture, design, and implementation challenges. I have gained a lot of experience in leading large multidisciplinary projects throughout the cycle from inception to completion. As an agile trainer I help companies create Agile awareness, certify professionals and coach teams.
My story
As a consultant and project manager I have more than twenty years of experience in a wide variety of companies. I have participated in ICT / R&D projects for the defense, medical, research, telecom, industrial and other markets.

My most important values are entering into the right dialogue, innovating for a suitable solution and having empathy for the other.

My focus is strongly on people, teams and agile process improvements. I have a passion to encourage others to achieve their business goals and continuously strive for professional and personal development of others and myself.

In 2021 I founded the company AgileInFocus.nl to help others even better with Agile working. AgileInFocus.nl does this by providing various Agile training courses and/or short consultancy assignments.
