More and more companies are switching to the Agile approach. The world around us is changing faster and more and more complex. The Agile approach makes it possible to respond better to these changes and complexity. Implementing Agile is not trivial. It requires a paradigm shift, a different way of thinking. The Innovation Group Agile is Altran's Agile knowledge center. This group has been providing Agile workshops and courses for many years. If necessary, a workshop or course can be tailor-made.

Workshop content
The workshop starts with an introduction to Agile. This highlights the benefits of Agile methodology for your business. The Agile manifesto and lean principles are also discussed. Next, the efficiency of communication is discussed.
Three exercises follow the introduction. The first exercise is an introduction to the Scrum process. This explains the team roles, activities and products within Scrum.
Planning poker is discussed in the second exercise. In addition, Scrum is also simulated by means of a product that is developed step by step with LEGO. All Scrum roles and activities are covered.
Finally, the third exercise looks back at the Scrum, by means of a retrospective.
